I don’t recommend working with Brian Dion. He’s extremely confusing during the whole process and not thorough with things that are agreed to. Once he’s paid he’s checked out, if you need anything after closing good luck.

We worked with an agent from a different BHHS office, but this was a great team for the process of closing and title transfer. They made it run smoothly, were very accommodating and helpful. They provided great resources for service providers and were very friendly. Grateful we worked with them in our first home buying experience!

Jesse Maurer was our relator. He was great throughout the entire process. Very paitent, honest, kind and informational. Never once made us feel under pressure. We just closed on our first home last week and are super happy he was our relator. Would suggest him and Berkshire to anyone.

Realtor did not do his job. He was hard to get ahold of, would not return my calls, emails or texts. Terrible service! Terminated our contract 3 month early.
