My wife and I toured the property with our service animal. Property was neat, clean, and quiet. The staff was very friendly and so were our potential new neighbors. The apartment we toured was being remodeled but we love the 2 bedroom floor plan. We are pretty sure we found our new home. We really like the rent price and 6 month lease option. This place seems perfect for us while we find a house to buy. I highly recommend checking this place out.

The roof leaks badly. It has soaked my mattress twice now and management won't do anything to fix it. There are roaches... someone has come out once to spray and he stayed for about a minute, so terrible job. The mailboxes are flimsy. Pool still not done and was told it would be ready in March. Only the front units were renovated to make the complex look nice from the street. So, if you move here you probably will get stuck in the old brown ones like I did. The pigeons are awful. They have taken over the balcony, so much pigeon poop, feathers and nests. Stay away!

First apartment I ever rented. Horrible. 1: the roof leaked, our downstairs neighbors whole apartment flooded, and the nextdoor neighbors roof caved in. 2. our clothes were stolen. 3. We were told we would get our deposit back, and that we were "all good", they dodged our calls then told us we broke our lease, never got that money back. OH and I got bit by one of the neighbors dogs.!!

Just moved in and the apartment is nice they just remodeled it. I seen a lot of negative reviews and they are correct but the owner is working on the units to correct the issues. I would recommend you come take a look and decide for yourself.

They don’t care about the tenants, roach infestation, rats, won’t fix anything, went up on rent but won’t remodel if I could give -0 stars I would
