Courtyard Villas

These were great units at a really great price! Several family members stayed here for a wedding so it was nice to have a shared Courtyard between the 4 rooms and to be able to hang out and visit. There were some maintenance and housekeeping concerns, (towel holders broken, dead bugs in floor, webs behind doors, no bath mat for floor, shampoo and conditioner bottles were covered in product) but it was all small issues that were easy to overlook. Overall it was a great experience.

Rooms are clean, large, comfortable. Beds are comfortable. Waited for 55 minutes for someone to answer phone and give us access codes to the villa. Lack of attention to detail: no spoons in the kitchen, one coffee cup, coffe creamers expired and curdled. Overall, worth the money, though.

This is just off the main road, near restaurants and stores, but away from traffic and noise. Lovely architecture and bathroom tiles. Easy service.

I'm not sure what third world country the prior reviewer has been to but I was getting over 10 MBs rates via speedtest and had no problem streaming Netflix in HD while staying here. Competitively priced with "hotels" in Hobbs, this has become my "go to." So convenient to just park right outside my rental condo with all of the amenities of home (including washer/dryer). So while much larger/better than the Holiday Inn Express, this is typically cheaper for me. The large walk in showers (two FULL bathrooms) are very NICE. Full kitchen with Keurig so I bring my own k-cups although the Folgers they provide are just fine as well. Great value here!

They STOLE MY MONEY!!! We checked out after the first night of a four night stay, because the deadbolt would not lock from the inside, and we didn't feel safe. There were several other issues as well. I had to leave a voicemail to check out, because they DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!!! I have since left several other messages, begging them to call me back, but they have ghosted me!!! And two months later, still no contact, or refund!!!!
