Alex does a good job managing the property and tries to fix things quickly. The only issue I hate and it isn't their fault is parking I wish we had our spots back because sometimes I have to park so far away from my door late at night. But I do realize that too can be problematic as well. But the apartments are really nice and I do love being here

Everyone is super nice. I love my apartment. They try to get your issues handled in a timely manner, but .. BUT if its something their maintenence can not handle be prepared to wait.

I contacted Nexus Property Management about a property that I’m interested in, the representative was polite and professional, she was also very knowledgeable of the business and answered all my questions without hesitation. Thank you Nexus for making me feel welcomed, I will be happy to do business with you!!!

The lady’s at the office are very responsive and respectful wouldn’t use another property management firm because if you need anything they are right on it and they work very well with me and my wife couldn’t ask for a better company to work with for your rental properties
