Sorrento Apartments

The new management is great change of pace from the original when my wife and I moved there. They communicate very well and were extremely helpful for our move out. The apartments themselves are very nice, clean, and accommodating. Covered parking, 2 pools, and children are free to play around the complex which shows its safe environment. We recommend this complex for anyone looking.

I went to visit a friend that recently moved in and the apartments are really nice on the inside as well as outside. They have a pool. The people living in the complex seem to be very polite. There was kids playing outside real great environment.

the sorrento apartments are nice appearance wise, but in my particular building which i was told is a “newer” building we had an ongoing water roach problem and lupe the manager along with her pest control friends took the wrong approach from the get go making my personal experience very unpleasant. they sprayed extra on top of the regularly scheduled spray they do plus came and bombed our apartment but the problem never stopped. the cold luckily is what put an 98% end to it. a more professional and understanding approach from them could have made it so much better. def be mindful before signing your lease here & be prepared for some push back when you bring problems to the problem solvers.

I have been looking for a new place to stay. The Sorrento Apartments was the best choice I made for me and my son! Management was super friendly and helpful. The environment is beautiful all the neighbors are really friendly! I love it here due to the pools, the playground, and the grills outside for the complex to enjoy! I would like to give a huge shout out to Angel Pando for giving us the best experience here! He made applying here super fun and easy. He helped us and worked with us to find the best apartment he was incredibly kind and gave the best service! We couldn’t have done it without him! 10/10 recommend renting here!

The Sorrento apartments were a great choice when I found my first place. It was my first time renting, and the management made it super easy. The apartments are beautiful, and the neighbors are very welcoming; the amenities are a great plus. I love to take my God, son, to the playground and pool the property Provides for us. What also persuaded me to rent from the Sorrento apartments was the management, specifically Angel Pando. He made the process easy and showed me everything the place had to offer. I was shown what I was looking for in both phase 1 and phase 2; he allowed me to explore my options. I have not had any problems yet, but I know if I do, Angel will be the first to call.
