Ledgestone Apartments

This is not the first leak in my apartment. I initially contacted management about this current leak about water pouring through the ceiling ~72 hours ago. Maintenance had not let me know of any of the intended repairs or updates on the request. Earlier today two technician came into my apartment to look at the ceiling peeling away and then closed the request with no repairs being completed. It is now 11pm at night. I submitted another request because the water started pouring in again and I have been waiting for more than 2 hours for someone to show up. The rent was already too high before they raised it again for service to be this way.

The staff here are awesome!! They are quick to take care of your needs. The property is taken care of and is beautiful. Makes me proud to live here. The manager is quick to respond! A Fantastic team!! Well Done !!!!

Been living at Ledgestone for over 3 years now..I’ve never lived in a better apartment community! The transition was smooth, the apartments are extremely nice! and It’s pet friendly. Maintenance has never been better and both the office staff and management are amazing. They have always been great! This is the best apartment complex to be in!!

We lived here for a little over five years. The office staff was always very friendly and the maintenence crew always took good care of the grounds and the units. The only reason we left is we moved out of state. Very pet friendly and lots of little walk ways to meander through.

I have lived in apartments all over the country for most of my adult life and this complex is absolutely - by far - the NOISIEST place I have ever been! I’m literally willing to pay $1400 to break my lease (after having only lived here 6 months) because I mentally can’t tolerate listening to all the unattended children SCREAMING on the playground, people playing basketball at all hours of the night, and people taking exceptionally loudly as they drink out on their patios. Additionally, I can literally hear every step that my upstairs neighbors take as they stomp around on the floor above my head. Their steps are so heavy that I have had pictures fall off the wall from the vibrations. Overall, the grounds and interiors of the apartments are well maintained, but the constant noise has had
