Willow Bend Villas

Kudos for the manager and maintenance guy located at Willow Bend Villas ! I did have to go several times to get to sit down and talk to her she seems to always have that office busy. But they where super patient with My elderly parents in explaining all the process and she even guided them for financial assistance for Housing( something no one else took time to do with them) she has changed our outcome for both my parents and I, took a loud off our shoulders ! My parents definitely would not want to live else where after meeting with her and I as well would never want to even lease them somewhere else! The maintenance guy even helped my dad around the property in his wheelchair and was very kind and patient to his needs. Thank you staff you are the best, way worth the wait! Now I see why e

This is the bestia place i been living , its a very safe place the manager monica is super nice always helps residents cares for the children and xommunity. She always has nice activities for everyone i recomen willow bend villas.

Monica is helpful and willing to assist us with any questions or concerns we might have. She has gone out of her way to help us.

I moved here 2013 from Texas because my daughter & grandson Austin moved here 2007-2008 to be with her husband Jerry Voight my son in law they had 2 girls which were babies then. I have lived here at Willow Bend Villas since 2014, it’s been my home and with Gods will, I will continue to live here. First of all, I do not know where to start it’s been a great place living here. I have met many different people, and new managements. The now 2024 is Monica Ruiz in our apartment building as our Manager she has been an amazing person to our community, and her tenants. She’s a strong, stern, caring, and reliable to our community since she came in to manage Willow Bend Villas couple years already, or more. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with Willow Bend Villas. I joined their waiting list months ago and was told to call at the start of every month. I did just that, only to be informed today that they no longer use the waiting list, and no one had the decency to notify those of us on it. When I called about availability, I was told there was one apartment open and instructed to bring the necessary documents and come in today. My partner and I both left work immediately, rushed to get everything together, and repeatedly called to confirm we were on our way, but no one answered. Once we arrived, we waited outside the office for over an hour, kept calling for three hours, and when we finally went inside, we were told someone else was already applying for the apartment.
