First off I want to start by saying the only reason I didnt give a 5 star is due to my neighbors and the disregard to what I call my home. Over all I have had a great experience so far living here for almost 2 years. The office team is always ready to help and attend to my questions and concerns when I have gone to the office. My service request have always been completed in a timely manner and with great professionalism. I have recommended family to move here and they have. Now going back on my neighbors in my building and others. Unfortunately we have a more than I would like to admit that don't care about their home. This is apartment complex is a mirage you think it’s all nice clean and safe but it’s not. My frustration is soooo huge that I would warn even my enemy not to move in here. There are PLENTY apartments complexes around here, find the one who cares for their residents. 1. Gates nonstop open easy access for someone to break into your car and come get your packages, 2. They don’t want your family come see you for almost 400 residents only 8 visitor parking so you will be towed (don’t let me start what a hassle it is to sign up your car) 3. The appliances at the pool they offer you to use doesn’t work 90% of the time and if the elevator breaks down be prepared to climb flights of stairs for at least a month. Breezeways must be filthy and reeking of pet urine before they are attended to. 4. And

I have lived at Woodlands since January 2025. While no property is perfect, this one is about as close as you're going to find! The very few issues that I have had were handled with the utmost courtesy quickly, efficiently, and professionally. I have lived here for 1.5 years and I am beyond angry about the parking situation. Since I moved here, I have asked how I can let my S/O park in my covered spot. I have been told multiple times by the female leasing office representative that I can add his vehicle information in the parking portal. In order to do that I have to remove my own vehicle (you're only given 1 slot). I confirmed with the office rep that I would not be towed if I did this & if I park in an uncovered space as that's open resident parking. I have done this multiple times with my S/O and some friends as well. Flash forward to today, my car was towed. I followed the same procedure I was told in the past, added his vehicle under my covered spot & I parked in an open resident uncovered spot. When I confronted the offic
