My husband and I just toured this beautiful property. When we came into the office we met with Geremy Vines. He greeted us as soon as we walked in and offered to take us on the tour. He was extremely knowledgeable of the property and answered all of our questions. He even walked us through the steps in real time on how to apply for our new home! 10 / 10.😊
The front desk is very helpful. However, I was charged hundreds of dollars in late feels after a payment didnt go through. I didn’t get the email from the main office about the payment not going through until about four days after the issue. The email was timestamped, so it wasn't one that I happened to not see. So the charges were added, and because I didnt get the email within the normal time frame, which wasn't my fault, I still had to pay the extra amount.
Office people are super kind. Maintenance is amazing at keeping the apartment clean all around. We love being here
There is a group of kids I can hear from all the way across the street in my bedroom almost every day and I don’t even live here. I’m not sure how to address the problem. I would hate to say something to the kids because its their parents fault for allowing them to act this way. I understand kids should be outside playing, but there’s no reason for them to be shouting and screaming at one another. It’s unacceptable and rude to the surrounding area. I tried to post a video of them screaming but it wont let me….
I've lived at Woodland trace now for about 6 years, during this six years we have had our ups and downs here. Over the six years we have had disruptive neighbors and have had to report them, and things were handled when we needed it. Now I will say that the apartments themselves are fine, but it's still the neighbors being a pain. We have people blasting music extremely loud, some times at 3, 4, or 5 in the morning. My car has been vandalized, we had children throw rocks at our windows, and now we have neighbors that like to blast music during the day so loud that's very disruptive that scared me out of a nap just a moment ago. I can't believe how loud people have there music. The apartments maintaince does very well, but due to the disruptive neighbors and having my property vandalized we
