Traditions at Slate Ridge

I have lived here for 3 years going on 4 in July of 2026. The managers have been ok. But TRINA has been GREAT. She is making changes and she’s only been here a few months. The office feels more welcoming. Not cold and drab. She play’s music. She smiles every time you come in. She has been really helpful and keeps the residents up to date with everything going on the community. Can’t forget about maintenance. The others were ok as well. But TIM is GREAT. He comes in wearing his CLEAN BOOTIES. When he does work in my townhome, puts my things back the way I have them. Doesn’t leave a mess. The maintenance would leave a mess and my lights on. Not TIM. I really appreciate his hard work. Keep up the great job. Thank you. Thank you Trina as well. 🙏😘🥰

I am a new resident and I have to admit that the experience of moving I so dislike but the move to Traditions at Slate Ridge has been seamless and Stephanie has been very helpful and supportive as well as friendly. I had a maintenance issue and I believe Mark and Tim were on it and resolved it in a timely manner. The community is small and I like that especially coming from my previous community. The grounds are nice. The units are updated and the space is very nice. I believe that I’m going to love it here

Normally I do not leave reviews, but after my experience with Stephanie I had to share. She is super friendly and knowledgeable. She definitely knows what’s she doing and loves her job. She treated me with respect and patience. I have a slight handicap, but you wouldn’t know. Stephanie was very comforting and adaptable. Great job girl!

I was looking for a for a place that had close access to the express way and shopping. When I found this beautiful community @Traditions at Slate Ridge, I immediately fell in love. I met with the leasing agent and was shown around. I loved everything from the amenities of the units, the landscaping, and the pool. Close to a Walmart, Target, and Best Buy, and also a lot of other shopping centers close by, it was perfect. The staff made the whole process easy. 10 out of 10 experience with the staff.

This is a beautiful property tucked away in Reynoldsburg with nice amenities such as an attached garage, swimming pool and a fitness center. The on-site manager, Stephanie was very professional and thorough throughout the tour and application process. The community isn't huge which I found to be a plus. In addition, the location is close to I-270.
