We have lived here since 2019 and had increasing issues with rude staff, staff that do not know how to properly do their job, and just overall laziness that exudes from the staff. Potholes never get filled. The staff is always speeding up and down the streets, I saw one almost hit a little kid because he wasn’t paying attention. Anytime you have a question or concern you are met with condescending and sarcastic remarks and replies. My elderly grandma and grandpa have issues with safety because of the way they run this complex. And the cherry on top of it all is during this snow storm they basically messaged my grandma and said “we’re not shoveling today”. There’s a car stuck in the entrance and by the mailboxes. Giving this company 1 star is a compliment. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT RENT WITH Creekside at Taylor Square!!!!!!!! On 1/25/2026 our pipes in our apartment broke. We called emergency maintence who took over an hour to come and advised the property management team advised him to go over to our place and lay eyes on the leak and tell us they won’t be here until Tuesday After further discussion, the maintenance supervisor and the maintenance guy stated since it is a high priority they will be here between 9 and 10 am Monday. No one showe up. WE HAVE NOT HAD A WORKING BATHROOM IN THREE DAYS BECAUSE THEY REFUSED TO COME FIX IT! THEY CLAIM REMOVING SNOW IS MORE OF A HIGH PRIORITY THAN GIVING THEIR RESIDENTS WITH MINOR CHILDREN IN THE HOME A WORKING BATHROOM AND SHOWER! THEY’RE SUPERVISOR FROM M

My recent experience with the Assistant Property Manager was appalling. She provided very poor customer service and was very unprofessional. A good property Manager should always resolve their tenant’s concerns “however” it appears that customer service is not a priority for this management. I strongly recommend that upper management address the assistant property manager poor costumer service. Her current approach is unacceptable and will definitely cause high tenant turnover. On top of ever since I moved in one month after another has been an issue, the toilets overflowing when I first moved in to Red Aunt issues To now mice mold issues issues with my patio issues with my front door me only having one key that works this whole entire time since I’ve lived there I could just go on and on.

If your first priority is safety; let me tell you that this place is not for you. The administrative Jaimie has NO WORK ETHIC and CERO customer service. She has no sympathy towards others and it’s not professional. This place used to be amazing, but ever since they changed management it has gone down hill. My wife and I left this place due to ongoing safety concerns and unfulfilled maintenance commitments. They state that the place is monitored with security cameras. Let me tell you, at the time there is an incident there is NO EVIDENCE. Over the course of our tenancy, we have experienced repeated incidents involving illegal activity, including drug use and firearms in front of the apartment complex. Do not move in here. From insane and violent neighbors that the staff won’t do anything about, to maintenance requests that you have to be cross about to get done- this apartment complex has been the most insane place I’ve ever lived. Location is awful, right behind it is a freeway and some trigger happy neighbors at the top of the hill that will shoot off rounds all day up until noise ordinance because they have a “range” and the cops won’t do anything about it. Thank god I don’t have insane neighbors like my friend that moved in down the street either. I got blessed to have some very sweet people below me but my friend has dealt with harassment, violence, and abuse from her neighbors and instead of the complex listening to her pleas- they threatened to throw HER out too.
