Aurora Townhomes

I have been living here since April 2021. We finally have a manager that cares about our community I am so glad to have her as my property manager. Ms. Nesha is very helpful and understanding. I would refer anyone to live over here. The changes she has made to the properly looks a whole lot better. I love the space I have in my unit! Thanks for making this neighborhood feel like home!

I’ve lived here 2 years now, and of course there’s pros and cons for everything. (Pros) lots of space, that’s always a plus. (Cons). Maintenance.. I feel as though my request where being ignored. But I’m not going to focus on negative because things are looking up! Thanks to Niesha the new property manager had my central air fixed within a week of her working after waiting a year. The grounds look cleaner, I even noticed few children picking up trash😁, so let’s say. She didn’t come to play!!! Getting things done. When I first moved in, everything was just a mess and so disorganized and trash everywhere. Since the new property manager Nesha has took over, the community looks a lot better. She came and introduced herself to me when I was walking outside and just letting me know her plans to turn this place around. She is a little strict lol, but I think that’s exactly what this place needed to turn it around. She is always on top of everything and gets back to me right away with any concerns that I have. The tech Nuredin has also been great. He’s always so friendly and never complains no matter how many work orders I place. They both are working hard and I appreciate the efforts they have taken.

Nesha has been an amazing property manager!!! She is very knowledgeable and helpful to the residents and she COMMUNICATES!!! She has been a wonderful asset to this community, I think she is a wonderful person who actually likes her job and takes pride in the work she does!!!

I've been speaking with Nesha about submitting an application for a unit and she's been wonderful. She has really good energy over the phone. I hope I get approved I would love to speak to her more often.
