Woodland Mills Apartments

After enduring four years of homelessness and fleeing from a situation where my sister stole my identity to access my inheritance, I found Woodland Mills Community in Seaford, DE, through Love Inc. of Delmarva. This community is managed by Hope Koot and her husband, Leo, with support from their maintenance man, Dave. Initially, it seemed like a safe haven, but I discovered a grave issue: my apartment was pre-rigged with a CO2 leak. My newborn was only a month old when we moved in, and this unsafe environment put my children and me in extreme danger. I urge anyone seeking refuge or support to reconsider, as the safety and integrity of this place have been compromised.
