My husband and I had the pleasure of having Kim Ortiz as our realtor for our first home. The transaction ended up being less than smooth (on the sellers side) but she handled it with ease. We had prepared to bid on the house we ultimately bought, but the Zillow appointed broker was a little slow and someone else beat us to it with a formal offer by a day (not happy). From start to finish, Charity Rash of the Griffens Team was onboard. I have had other companies with other properties who simply stuck a sign in the ground and waited for the check. Charity staged the house, checked on it weekly, adjusted the heat in inclement weather, and made sure that all paperwork was easy access, even to the point of hand delivery. She also did the final sweep! She advertised and adjusted as needed. Her team was super and the doc loop signatures were super easy.
