The Pointe of Stoney Brook Apartments

I currently live here and don’t recommend it… the 5 star some people are giving is so they have a chance to win 50% off their rent. I’m so ready to move from there.. I have ask for things to be fixed since I’ve moved in. Now having bug problems after asking for exterminator to come and no one has come. I am going to be reporting to state I can’t keep paying all this money and no fix. Just some of the pictures from when I first moved in. I’m so embarrassed to even show the big issue, my apartment stay clean but it don’t matter when the infestation was already there..

My boyfriend and I recently moved to the Pointe of Stoney Brook Apartments and do not regret our decision! The amenities are great- my boyfriend uses the gym almost daily and I cannot wait to use the pool this Summer. We love how spacious our apartment is and how quiet it is. The community is welcoming and we enjoy our evening walks around the complex. Also, it is a great, safe location in Seaford.

I live here with my partner. I have lived here for just over a year. It's an amazing place to live. The rules and regulations are very reasonable. The amenities are super nice to have. It is a very good place. Highly recommend.

I have lived here for almost a year and have loved it! The property is well maintained, quiet, and has a lot of great amenities. Sara is a great property manager and will always resolve any problem you have!!
