A Wonderful House Buying Experience! I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a house, and I must say, it was an incredible experience! The team I worked with was absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, they were pleasant, helpful, and always ready to find solutions to any challenges that arose. Their communication was top-notch, keeping me informed every step of the way. First and foremost, I decided not to purchase a home in this community because it was not the best fit for my son and me. Mariah is truly remarkable—compassionate, empathetic, and undoubtedly one of the kindest people you will ever meet. Her relatable nature made our conversations feel comfortable and genuine. This community was built as cheaply as possible. I guess a first time home buyer is excited to own an affordable home. But if you are accustomed to thoughtful design and decent quality, this community is NOT where you want to buy/live. These homes “prefab” meaning all frames & roof joists are made in a factory. NOT stick built! This does make for quick construction, but forget asking for any deviation on the design. For instance with our design, the garage door opens into the basement door. This causes a jam up in the tiny entry from the garage. There is so many things that could have been planned differently that would NOT have added to RYAN BUILDER’S bottom line. We requested to pay for a 200 amp service for electric. This was not something they were willing to do. Now if we have our a

So Happy we used Ryan. Mariah was great in assisting us with our decor. She guided us and kept us informed on the decor of the house. Further Ethan our project manager was wonderful in keeping us updated as to the progress on our new home. We are beyond excited to move in for Christmas.
