Lennar at Belle Ayre

It is a pleasure to write this review for Paul at Lennar, and I cannot recommend him highly enough to anyone in search of a new home. From the very first interaction, Paul demonstrated an unparalleled level of detail orientation. He meticulously guided me through every step of the selling process, ensuring I understood all the intricacies of the contract, the home features, and the other options. I moved to the Lennar Belle Ayre community in Seaford February of this year. I chose this community because of the home price point, limited houses in neighborhood, and all the extra bonuses Lennar offered with my purchase. Also, the Sales Manager Susan was very helpful and responsive to all my questions throughout the purchase process. So far I have no complaints with my purchase as I have not had any problems with my home and this community gives me the small town feel I was looking for.

Paul Henry did an excellent job as the Lennar broker and provided a virtual showing of one of the Belle Ayre properties. He was able to answer all my questions. I felt very comfortable with Paul and his presentation of the new home in Seaford as I am located in Portland, Oregon.

If you're considering Belle Ayre as a place to raise a family, I would recommend looking elsewhere unless significant changes are made to address the current issues. Initially, it was a pleasant and welcoming community, but unfortunately, things have changed drastically over the past year. The arrival of some newer residents has disrupted the harmony that once made this neighborhood a great place to live. The disregard for community values, coupled with behaviors that seem inconsiderate and disruptive, has made the environment less enjoyable and family-friendly. It feels as though some individuals are determined to do whatever they please, without consideration for others. This is a beautiful community, with beautiful spacious homes. It’s fairly quiet throughout and it’s a great place to raise your family. The staff at Lennar are very nice, understand and helpful during the house-buying process. Overall this is a really nice community.
