Clean, safe and quiet. Amenities are nice and kept up well. Grounds are also maintained frequently. Def recommend.

I am extremely impressed with the layout of my apartment and views to the river. It's a dream come true! Living here has afforded me the tranquility of living in a superb area with many conveniences such as nearby medical facility, supermarket and parks. I highly recommend this location!

I applied for an apartment 1 month ago and put down a deposit for $1795 with the expectation to view the apartment within 1 week. I was informed at the last minute, I could view the apartment. I was not pleased with the size so I asked for my deposit back. As of this date, I have not received my deposit nor a response as to when I will receive it. I do not recommend this complex to anyone. There is no management on the property and customer service very poor.

I love my new apartment! The views are spectacular and management has been very communicative. Would absolutely recommend living here.

My friend has been here about 6 months. She cant stand it. Its very noisy and the firehouse constantly goes off. And their maintenence guy named Larry is very creepy. Hes made her uncomfortable in her apt numerous times. She cant wait to leave. Very bad area too.
