Woodland Lakes Apartments

The apartments are spacious but outdated, which is fine because the maintenance supervisor is on top of things and will get stuff done for you if anything breaks or needs to be looked at. The rest of the crew on the other hand unfortunately can leave you hanging for a bit, so as long as he’s in you’ll be okay! Overall this has probably been the best apartment I’ve lived in around Lansing for the price, location, space, and quality of apartments. If it is not in your price range now just wait a day and the prices will change (as crazy as that is- and I mean it literally).

overall alright. maintenance was extremely on top of anything wrong any time. the mold problem is out of control, though. there is absolutely no reason my shower liner should have been filled with black mold. i kept the fan on always when showering & hours after, i even took every preventative measure, such as proper cleaning to kill mold, to keeping my door open when i showered to promote air flow. this has never been an issue for me up until living in this apartment.. the vents also leave a black permanent dust so no matter how much you mop, there will be a black coat of dust to stick with you forever! the neighbors are also terrible. parents do not watch their kids. i've had kids steal directly from my yard, so if you have decor you cherish make sure to invest in a ring camera. it will

The Tour24 app took a little figuring out at first, but once I did the rest of the tour went smoothly and we found the apartment to be nice.

I have lived here since 2019. I am happy here and pleased with the staff. I feel super comfortable here. I know if I have any maintenance needs- it will get done super fast. In terms of apartments- this is the best apartment complex I have ever been in. I love being right on the trail too. If you are searching for an apartment- look no further and I would recommend highly!

My wife & I moved into Woodland Lakes Apartments on Dell Road in Delhi Twp on 9/4/2024. We had spent over 20 years in our multi-level dream condo. The stairs & our spines caused a sudden move to a one-level apartment…Woodland. Very nice living quarters & grounds. Office service is excellent. Maintenance is quick & thorough. We love our new home! 🏡
