Waters Edge Apartments

I do not recommend living here. I've been here 8 months so far. Two weeks before my apartment flooded on November 13th 2025, maintenance conducted what they called a “preventive maintenance check” for leaks, this was on October 28th, 2025. Despite that, my unit flooded shortly after, with water rising up the baseboards, and flooding into the unit next to me. There was so much water it went into the exterior hallway. It’s hard to believe this was truly inspected properly when this level of damage still occurred. After the flood, a restoration company was sent out and every item in my apartment had to be moved. Strangers were in and out of my unit for days. Despite the carpets being soaked and people walking through with shoes during the cleanup process, the carpets were never shampooed af

I came back to live here this year and it was just as wonderful as the first time I lived here. Aubrey and Shelby are super helpful and very professional. One thing I LOVE the most is that they do fun things for the community to get everyone involved. I have been VERY comfortable living here. Allen (maintenance) is very quick with requests and gets them done in a fast and correct manner. My neighbors are also very friendly! I definitely recommend living here.

Great Place to Live with Friendly People I’ve lived at Waters Edge for over a year now and have really enjoyed it. Maintenance issues have been rare, but when they do come up, they’re handled quickly. Audrey, Shelby, and Allen are all super friendly and easy to work with. My dog loves stopping by to visit them (minus the robot vacuum). It's certainly a pet-friendly community. Over the past year, they’ve made big improvements, including completely redoing the siding on all buildings and repaving and sealcoating the drives and parking lots. If I had one suggestion, it would be to give the lawns and landscaping a bit more TLC. Right now, it’s giving “Mid-Summer Desert,” and some irrigation could make a huge difference. Audrey is absolutely amazing!! I was apartment shopping due to my job transfer and she helped answer all my questions!! The area is super cute and apartments are spacious. I can't wait to apply and start my new life here!

I lived here this summer (just for 3 months as a lease takeover) in a 1br while here for work and it was so pleasant that even after such a short time it felt like home and I didn't want to move! The leasing office is friendly, they even do coffee & donuts on Friday mornings sometimes as a treat for residents. I never had any problems with response to maintenance requests, questions, etc. The location is great (right off the interstate and within walking/biking distance of Horrock's), quiet, and super pet friendly. I would really recommend checking this place out if you're looking for a convenient location, comfortable apartments, and down-to-earth management.
