Brandi, Debi and the rest of the team are phenomenal. Just above and beyond! COMMUNICATION: Brandi, Debi, and her team were extremely responsive via email, phone call, and all forms of communication. They were always there to clarify if you need anything. SERVICE: Debi and Brandi went above and beyond with obtaining Tax Bills that the buyers had trouble obtaining as they were not technology savvy. Most importantly, Brandi and Debi even stayed past 5pm and beyond to help finalize closing documents for us. Absolutely amazing! PROFESSIONALISM: Friendly, they speak to clients like family! Direct communication is the issue. I sent documents to Diversified multiple times which was not received. They forwarded the documents that the seller needed to sign to me instead of the seller. I made sure that they had the correct email and telephone number for the seller. At no given time did they pick up the phone to contact the seller and make sure that they were signing in the correct spots on their closing documents. Neither did they mark the spots that needed to be signed. I end up answering the seller's title questions at 8:30 at night which was no problem on my part but, it would have been better handled by the title company. They dispersed the final payments without asking the seller for their current address. I received the seller's $66,000 payoff check which I had to immediate

Efficient, friendly ice cream lovers paradise. I've never actually given more than a moments thought for a title company (probably the average amount for most people) but if I ever need one for anything it will be Diversified National! Susan, Susie and Heather were amazing. Very friendly smooth signing. Showed up early to make sure I was in the right spot and immediately offered coffee, water, coke, diet coke and ice cream (three different types). After a lot of back and forth, Susan talked me into an ice cream, said it would make me feel better. Man, was she right. Come for the signings stay for the ice cream!

Jared at Diversified National Title Agency was a great help while preparing for and throughout the closing process. He provided me with clear, concise instructions and was always available whenever I had any questions or concerns. Working with Jared was a pleasure!

We have bought a new house, and sold our old house with the aid of Diversified national title and the transactions went flawlessly. Our son has also purchased a house via Diversified's title service and likewise had a glitch-free experience. The staff here had been careful with their handling of health and safety, by using separate rooms for the buyers and sellers. Their office is very bright, clean, and stocked with complimentary refreshments and ice cream snacks!
