SWAT Radon Mitigation

My experience was very good, the technicians seem very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. He did a great job, and it looks very professional, he also cleaned up all of his messes. I'm very happy with the appearance of the radon.Mitigation equipment.Now, I'll just have to wait forty eight hours to see if it's really working. So far so good

The technician was punctual, professional and gave me options on different types of installations. Cleaned up after the job and was very informative on maintenance of the system. Their price was reasonable. I would recommend their services for your home.

Communication with SWAT was so easy and seamless, they explained everything clearly and were all very very kind people to talk to. Price was great- they even price matched for me. The installer was on time and very patient when I was home a little later than I hoped, and he installed quickly with no problems. Definitely recommend this company!

The technician, Terrence, from SWAT was outstanding. He clearly knew radon mitigation and answered all my questions. He went above and beyond to make sure the system was placed in a location we wanted and was 100% focused on satisfying the customer and doing a great job. Terrence cleaned everything, made sure I understood the system and I couldn’t have been happier. Also, SWAT was surprisingly efficient with answering out inquiry, responding with an appointment and getting the work done. I highly recommend this company.

I was not home at the time of the install because I was in the hospital. The installer told my neighbor that he would install the system in a corner of a room and it would barely be noticeable. The system is huge and in a bedroom and is a huge eyesore that cannot be hidden by placing something in front of it and it is noisy. I am trying to sell my house and this will be a huge deterrent. When I called customer service, they were unhelpful and said that I would need to pay for another system if they want me to move it to where it should have been installed as there are several closet options that should have been used. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will be informing all the realtor that I know and work with to not use this company.
