Redwood Delta Township Willow Highway

They stole our $1000 security deposit upon ending our lease. Why? 1 floor plank was broken, and also I notified them 52 days before the end of our lease instead of 60 days before that we would be leaving. For those two reasons they charged me $1000 (my entire security deposit) plus an additional $120 for my last water bill. The problem is that I asked them multiple times to review my apartment for wear and tear before I left, but they refused. It has to be a SECRET until you leave, and then they go do things like say repairing 1 plank costs $387. I didn't even notice this plank and considered it to just be normal wear and tear (Please look at the attached photo from them and you be the judge). Not to them apparently (But who is supposed to know if they won't review the apartment with you

I loved the self-guided tour! One, the available times were super convenient with my work schedule and I loved not having the added pressure of someone eyes watching your every move and you view the unit. The actual unit was beautiful, clean, had folders with info to bring home and even had snacks!

Did the self guided tour and was very, very impressed with the process and the property. Would be a perfect fit for us!

It was an awesome experience to see the different floor plans. The office manager was friendly & answered our various questions.

I'm finally settled in my new home here at Redwood and it's been amazing! The front office admin are friendly, tentative to my requests, and made the move in so smooth! The maintenance team is well informed & efficient. The neighborhood is so peaceful, like my own slice of heaven. I'm so happy to live here, thanks Redwood!
