Woodland Hills Luxury Apartments

2/8/26 The gate has been broken and wide open for almost a month now. This management seems to prioritize calendar events and cheap renovations instead of safety. Despite being told that the gate will be repaired on this day or next week, it remains broken and wide open. I will update regularly, because this is ridiculous! Recently, there were so many back-to-back positive reviews from folks that have no other reviews on their profile. Very suspect. These apartments are decent, but definitely one of the older ones in the area. New management isn't very knowledgeable, so you have to stay on them about every little thing. The renovations are poorly done. The countertops, for example, look like some sort of paper that was glued to the top of the counters or poorly poured epoxy. There are man

Front gate and back gate is always broken so criminals have free range with your vehicles. No security, management doesn’t care. So sad to buy a new car and next day this is what happens because management is not concerned about safety or security. And rude is an understatement! UPDATE‼️‼️ Thanks for responding, but months later and the front and rear gates are still broke(been broken for a very long time), and no security guards. The complex is a playground for criminals. They lure you in with “luxury apartments and keep up the exterior meanwhile the interior is taped and glued together. Not to mention, criminals know we have nice cars here because it’s broadcasted “luxury living” and our cars are consistently hit. And management could care less…. Just make sure rent is paid by the 1st‼

I want to give a big thank you to our apartment manager Nataly for doing such an incredible job. She is always professional, responsive, and very helpful whenever we have questions or need assistance. She goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel heard and taken care of. It makes a big difference living somewhere with such great management!

Nothing luxury about this place. Every morning it’s 2/3 new cars on bricks. Due to no security, front and back gates are broke (stuck open) and management does not care! DO NOT MOVE HERE!

I’ve had a wonderful experience at Woodland Hills thanks to the incredible team that keeps everything running smoothly. Ernesto and the entire maintenance crew are truly top-notch—fast, reliable, and always making sure the property looks fantastic. Whether it’s a work order or general upkeep, they handle it with care and efficiency. On the office side, Nataly, Jazmine, and Sofia are just as amazing. They’re consistently friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to make residents feel supported. Their professionalism and kindness make a real difference in day-to-day life here. Woodland Hills is lucky to have such a dedicated team. Thank you all for everything you do!
