Woodhill Apartment Complex

My son’s great grandma has lived here for 25 years, her apartment was kept up so well they used it as a viewing apartment. She is 86 years old. While awaiting moving into an assisted living center, there were issues getting her into a room through the AL the day she was supposed to move out. She was also having health issues landing her in the hospital and while out of the apartment, with no contact or warning, they changed her locks and started painting and moved all of her stuff out of the apartment and left it all in the shared basement where things were stolen. I don’t know. 25+ years, literally the perfect tenant, quiet and no problems ever, and she’s treated this way. There’s an 86 year old woman homeless because of the landlord Laila. Have been living in one of the townhouses for about 18 months now. Good apartment for the price, my children love the pool during the summer time, also the property has a lot of deer and birds which are nice to watch year round. Office staff and maintenance do a good job with responding to issues I’ve had over the months. Would recommend to family and friends!

Nice apartments but no where for you to grill and kids to play. There is actually huge backyards that no one is allowed to use .
