EXCELLENT! Easy Street Buyers came highly recommended to me, and I highly recommend them to you. If you need to sell a house fast, these are the people you want. Joe came over and evaluated our house, he was very professional, very friendly, and very understanding of our personal needs. I was given an offer for the house as is. No need for remodeling, painting, furniture removal, no dealing with realtors or banks. They do it all.

SELLERS BEWARE! This company false advertises and aggressively solicits homeowners, claiming they’ll buy your house directly — but they don’t actually buy houses. They’re wholesalers, which I’ve learned means they lock your home under contract at a low price, then try to sell that contract to another investor for a profit. If they can’t find a buyer, they simply back out, wasting your time. They’ve done this to several people I know including family and claim to cover your closing costs to make you use their attorney — really just a tactic to keep you in the dark. Completely misleading and unethical business practices — don’t fall for it!
