Twin River Commons

I've lived here for two years and it has been great. The building is laid out nice, has gym, study rooms, etc. I've had a couple of things in the apartment break (dishwasher, toilet, shower drain) but maintenance normally shows up pretty quickly to help out. The mail system is also super nice because I've heard other Binghamton apartment buildings have a confusing mail system. The WiFi sometimes isn't the best but it is fixed within the day. Overall, out of all the Binghamton apartments, I am very happy with twin. I also love the staff...shoutout Georgia and Nina❤️

I’ve lived at twin for two years. They have great accommodations and great living situations. If anything breaks and needs fixing, maintenance responds quickly, though many things tend to break. They have fun events for the residents as well. It’s been great living here.

first time living off campus and i made a great choice choosing twin river commons! i love the amenities and commons spaces, and the suite is very nice as well. big living space and great location as almost everywhere downtown is walkable. would definitely recommend to other students!

Living at Twin River Commons was such a good decision for me! Coming from out of the area as a grad student, this transition has been made really easy by them. The staff are very communicative and responsive, and the amenities are wonderful. I will be living here again next year without a doubt!

Twin river commons has to be the best off-campus housing! The amenities alone are so worth it with the 2 gyms, coffee machine, outside courtyard with grills, mail lockers, pool table, and in-unit laundry. Definitely live here if you can.
