I have worked with Eric twice now. Once on my recent home purchase and also on a home sale a few years ago. His knowledge and experience in the real estate field are outstanding. He knows the area, the market and how best to buy and sell properties. It’s really quite fascinating to watch him negotiate. Most importantly he truly has his clients’ best interest at heart and works diligently toward insuring the the very best result. I will never go with anyone other than Eric Strong in any future real estate endeavors. I cannot recommend him highly enough!!!

My experience working with Eric Strong at Strong Realty of Binghamton, NY has been nothing but exceptional! I had a situation where both my sister and brother-in-law had to suddenly move into an assisted living facility. I took the responsibility to clean-out and sell their home. I live approximately 300 miles from Binghamton, NY, so I was doing this remotely.
