Wooded Acres Apartments

I have lived here at Wooded Acres since 2022 and absolutely love it. It’s quiet, never any issues as far as safety and the maintenance staff is the best there is. They are always working to make sure that whatever may come up that we are taken care of. Ms. Linda and Ms. Karen are so kind and really do care about their tenants. This is a place you can call home and be proud.

I do not live here but I do deliver door dash orders to tenants at Wooded Acres. The first thing I always notice is how the grounds look neat and clean. Each building is clearly marked which makes it easy to find their apartment. I never hear or see anyone arguing or just being loud. All I hear is peace and quiet.

I lived at Wooded Acres Apartments last year and had a great experience. Mrs. Linda and Mrs. Karen both have great customer service skills and anytime I needed something or placed a work order it was handled quickly. When I moved out I was able to receive my full deposit back and they also made sure I had enough time to move out my items and prepare for my move. If you are moving to Lufkin, I would highly recommend Wooded Acres or Greenbriar Apartments! 🤗

Older but we'll maintained apartments. Great for the price! Complex is quiet. Plenty of parking. Manager is easy to reach if you have any issues. Maintaince guys are always friendly.

Very nice clean apartments. Very efficient and close to town for convenience. Grounds are always kept very nice and clean.
