Pecan Valley Apartments

Pecan Valley is as close to paradise as an apartment complex can come. I have lived in seven different complexes during my lifetime, and Pecan Valley is the best by far. The apartments are well-maintained and well-insulated, providing comfort and privacy for a very affordable price. In other complexes, I could hear every word my neighbors said, but at Pecan Valley, the apartments were so well-insulated that I rarely heard anything. The manager was always very pleasant, and the maintenance staff were friendly and very competent, resolving maintenance issues as efficiently as possible. I regretted having to leave this home because I know how rare it is to find such comfort at an affordable complex with such a wonderful staff. I walked to this place to look for an apartment with my son and my brother and the old lady with faded blonde hair was extremely rude to me and very unprofessional I felt uncomfortable. I had walked all the way there on a scorching hot day. I advised her that I was looking for an apartment, and she assumed that because I was walking with my brother and we were black with a baby that we were together and needed a two bedroom, so she rudely says "2 bedroom is $700". and did not show me any brochures or anything. Just because two black people show up on a hot day sweating and looking for a place to go does not make them ghetto, I can't stand prejudice people.
