Providence at Ted Trout Apartments

I've recently signed my 2nd year lease. I'm happy with the property upkeep and the manager Ms Patty is helpful. I like her a lot! The rent is extremely high especially for Seniors on a fixed income. A increase of $60 for lease renewal is ridiculous for a 67 year old resident. it's impossible to think if each year there is a $60 increase what will be the outcome. It's very intimidating to think about how we will survive from this point forward.

I love my apartment a most of all Patty is a good manager here at this apartment complex. Whatever has to be done she don’t hesitate to get it done. She is quite to get whatever needs to be done. She is an awesome manager and also her new maintenance man (chewy) he is the most reliable maintenance man that have ever been here. He is an hard worker just like Patty. He out work all the other maintenance men’s that’s been here

The staff is so friendly. I went to get a visit and overview of the property and manager Patty and her staff go above and beyond. They are knowledgeable and helpful and look out for their residents. The property is well kept which is an important detail for a great living environment.

We moved in almost 2 months ago and so far it's been great. Management goes above and beyond to be helpful. Shoutout to Patty & Anna for helping us through our long distance move and making themselves available. Maintenance is quick to respond. The residents are friendly. The 2 bdrm 2 bath is beautiful and we quickly felt at home.

Very nice property. The maintenance people look like they know what they are doing. I went to get a tour and get information about this place and manager Patty was very helpful, Informative and super nice.
