Crown Forest Apartments

We have been living at Crown Forest Apartments for a month and it has been a wonderful experience. There are excellent activities for everyone, it is a very quiet, clean and safe place. I think we will be very happy here. 100% recommended.

Me and my husband and our sweet little fur dog (Forest) have been living here since September 9th!! We are soo in love with our apartment everyone here is soo nice and very welcoming and we definitely love our maintenance man Greg! Forest absolutely loves it out here and loves the dog park for sure!

I toured Crown Forest in March 2025 and was blown away by the value. Brianna was a world class tour guide/leasing agent. She expertly described the amenities and the apartment in sufficient detail to promote understanding without drowning you in data. She was both professional, articulate, and friendly. The property itself is equally impressive. I toured the Savannah model which is a one bedroom and one bath with a spacious living room, kitchen and walk in closet. The split sink is enormous and deep, there is plenty of counter space, a full sized pantry, in-unit washer and dryer, nickel finished lighted ceiling fans, etc.... The amenities are what put it over the top. The work out room has a fridge with bottled water...pretty ordinary right? They also have a fridge with cool towels to h

Bottom drawer to range was pulled out too far, and would not slide back in! Happened on Sunday. Contacted office on Monday. Greg came within the hour, and took ten minutes, with his trusty, long screw driver, to get it fixed! We are so fortunate and blessed to have Greg and Darius

I’ve had a great experience living here over the past two years. The community is peaceful, well-maintained, and feels very safe. The management team has been responsive and professional, and maintenance requests were always handled quickly and efficiently. It’s been a great place to call home, and I truly appreciate the dedication to keeping the property in excellent condition. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet and well-managed living environment! Our lease is coming to an end so we decided to take a trip around Asia for a little while, but we are planning to move back into crown forest if there’s any vacancies available when we get back :)
