Woodcrest Apartments

The gym needs a crazy remodel and has no AC the workers are super rude and unfair and laughed at my family in our faces when we asked for assistance everything is constantly getting turned on and off and we will NOTTT be resigning our lease next year. Also the pools this summer weren’t active until around August so we barely had time to swim and when we could it was DIRTY… Our 1.5/10 would not recommend

A year later and their solution for an ongoing water leak is to replace toilets in 4 apartments. Management offers to move me but I was told the apartment they wanted to give me was infested with roaches and bed bugs. I ask to see apartment before the work started to make ready but manager refused to let me. Then ask me if I wanted to see it after work was done. Neighbor moved to another unit right next to the one they wanted to give me and now they have roaches and they won't add spray until the bug guy comes back next month. Manager has lied to me and created more problems than she has solved. Don't move here if you care about your health or safety.

I would not recommend anyone live here. My friend lives there on assisted living. He’s had to sweat the past three summers because the hvac unit is broken. They don’t care. Is this how we treat retired people in America?

Loved living there no problems whatsoever. Maintenance was always prompt, respectful, and professional. Manager at the time keep grounds clean and quite. Would highly recommend to any one!!!

I love living here. Quiet and friendly. Awesome management and Maintenance. I've been here 4 years now and have never had any problems
