They absolutely DO NOT CARE about the property, it's tenants, the noise, they put a bandaid on issues inside your apartment JUST in time for inspections, but the bandaid isn't a permanent fix. They're rude to you if you do turn them in for not doing their job, they retaliate and make you feel uncomfortable. If you want your children to learn how to NOT treat each other, bring them here.

Place is terrible my girls apartments always spotless and clean and the roaches will not go away they refuse to come out and spray her apartment, haven’t sprayed in almost 5 months. Terrible place to live and it’s not quite place to live or even visit at all!!!! They paint over mold she’s pregnant and was cleaning the cabinets and sprayed bleach was scrubbing the Cabinet paint came off and then there was mold under the paint, cabinet doors fall off just from the slightest touch, toilets not even sealed to the floor, they came in and did an inspection and stepped all over our sons rugs and ruined them from scooting them with there feet they were scraping there boots off on them in his bedroom

I was home hunting got an application filled it out then went back 3 different times due to office being closed. So the last trip I dropped my app in the mail slot. Called them at a later date. And I was told they didn't get the app nor could she find it. Which has delayed any progress for me to be approved and able to move there.

Moved in oak ridge a month ago and is super impressed with how clean outside is . Tonya and Ann has been patient with me through the whole process I was in my new unit quick ! I was also impress too walk through my unit before move in twice too make sure if it was okay !!!!! Management is a 10/10

This was the worst place I have ever lived. My kids couldn’t go outside to play because if they did they would get bullied and hit. They were called racist because we are white. My children didn’t know what that meant until we lived there. It was learned behavior by the other children that lived there. The staff did nothing to put a stop to it! And not to mention the roaches! I never had roaches before. Luckily I didn’t take them with me when I moved!
