The Heights on Forty4

Staff is friendly and helpful also very understanding. Grew up here due to family living here but only lived here for 1.5 years. It’s a quiet place. Office people are great, maintenance is great! They treat you like family and not just residents of the complex. 10/10 recommend!!

We have lived her 4 years .. the apartment manager is so sweet but she gets stuff fixed immediately. And the asst. Manager is amazing. And our maintenance crew is very good when they are in your apartment to fix whatever your problem is when it's fixed by them it's actually fixed the right way and if they make a mess in your apartment they clean up their mess!!! ... would recommend this place to anyone!

If I could give them no stars I would they take 2 to 4 months to fix even small minor issues in the apartments they have mold in the apartments. They do not respond to you. If you put in a maintenance request and the older man comes he says it is ok put a towel down when it rains and he leaves saying everything in apartment is fine.. They find and take a bunch of extra fees that they hide until it’s time for you to pay there are noise disruptions 24 seven with no one responding to do anything about it but they are real quick to take your money. They want to send you five or six notices that the money in the rent due on the first and they send you two notices every day until you pay it but they can’t fix anything. Bug problem mold problem I would not recommend living here to my worse enem

I've lived here for about 4 months. The management is wonderful. They stay on top of everything! Nice quiet apartment complex here. Love it here! Erica is one awesome person. Easy to talk to about any issues and makes sure it's done asap. Glad to be living here!! And the rooms are so spacious!

I moved to The heights on forty4th apartments in the middle of April 2025. I lived at horrible mosaic apartments down the street for the last few years. The heights is so much better! I can't say enough wonderful things about Ms. Brenda(the office manager) and office gal, Alexys. They work with you and make sure any maintenance request get taken care of ASAP. And Johnny, one of the maintenance team members is amazing! He's so sweet to me and my dogs.He fixes everything correctly and has such a great attitude. I'm very impressed by all the office staff. Ms. Brenda works with you if you can't pay all of your rent and Alexys is always there to answer all my questions. The heights on forty4th apartments grounds are always clean and the yards are always mowed. It's beautiful and so quiet here.
