Tinker Del Village Apartments

Lived there over 10 years ago and Darlene was rude when I went in the office for anything about Maintenace, I fell on the steps when it was icy and my neighbor upstairs heard me fall. I moved at the end of my lease gave notice, and was turned in for moving owning rent, not turning in the keys and damage, which I never damaged the apartment. If you go in the office and she was playing with her grandkid more then taking care of the property, she instantly hated you. Had the what do you want attitude. Horrible place to live and even worse owners "management" !!!

These people are VERY dishonest. I urge you to avoid doing any type of business with them. I moved from one of the properties and gave a 90 day verbal notice and a 60 day written notice. I had bought a new home and was trying to be fair. The landlord met us at the property and did inspection and clearly stated it was fine!!!! 3 days later he called making wild accusations about having a pet? I and my wife are allergic to cats and dogs and I called him out on it. I paid for another month after moving ( so they had 30 days rent paid) and met them again and he and again said it was fine!!!! Then he calls and tried to extort money from me. These people are despicable and very dishonest and deserve whatever they get. I strongly advise you to find anyplace else to live than one of their properti

Tinker del village apartments interior is top tier, next level professionally staffed maintenance crew also. They have granite counters and ceramic tile floors. Very quite area also. Prices are super affordable.

Tinker Del/ Mike & Darlene, have always been amazing to me and my family anytime we have needed to come to these apartments to live. I'm not sure about some of these negative comments about them or their staff being rude or unprofessional. I have been renting off and on from them since 2005 & any issues I have ever came across they have jumped on it right then. Never rude, always helpful and going the extra mile to make sure we were back to normal. These apts have had upgrades over the years and they are very nice. I was really impressed with the upgrades. The only negative about these apts is the pool is only opened during office hours but when its free to use I won't complain. Great quite safe place to live.

The maintenance is on top of it, regular pest control, quiet, nice apartment. Very affordable also. Darlene in the office is very nice and helpful. Would recommend!
