I have nothing but amazing things to say about this company. They have been my property management company for a few years. Throughout this time, things always get done correctly. The notice for an inspection that I do quarter is given in a timely manner. Amanda and Sue have always ensured that if there are issues I’m well aware of them and they always come with a solution. My tenants say that when an order is out it, they know that they will have it done asap. I would highly recommend All Phase to any of my friends or family! I have had nothing but issues with this company. Very unprofessional and rude. I went out of my way to help them out of warranty and for free. They were so hateful and rude. The manager called and set up a service call. I went over and they had closed the office early so nobody answered. They then called back two days later saying that we didn’t come by or call when we did. They said they didn’t need our help and forget it. So I did. Then another manager called demanding I come over again. She was even worse than the first one. She went on my business page and lied and went to the the better business bureau and lied 🤥 It was easy to clear it all up when your being honest. I have been living in the apartments of Allphase Real Estate in Madill for over a year. We haven't had any problems with the staff or the neighbors. They have put a lot of work into the buildings since we have moved in such as new roofs and new heating and air units for each apartment. We now have a shared laundry room which is awesome except when a neighbor forgets their clothes for a day.

I live in College Park Town Homes . I called in a work order 3 months ago and work still has not been done. When i called in they were very unprofessional and rude and gave me an email to send the work orders too . I emailed them on july 1st and now 2 months later are telling me they never recieved the email . I had personally went in last month to pay my rent and i told them again that the work was never done . They were very angry and giving aweful faces at me and had me fill out a service order request with the repairs that needed to be completed . Today is september 4th 2020 and no work has been done.
