The HOA here is terrible! I have notified them about this tree and whatever these cement circles are several times over the year I have lived here. Each time they claim someone will take care off it. The cement is an eye sore and the tree could come down on my fence or the neighbors and cause damage but they have done nothing. The homes may be nice to look at but the roads are terrible and so is the HOA!

When I moved into the apartment it looked fine. Within three days I discovered that the apartment was infested wiith fleas. On top of that the carpet gave the apartment a strong dog urine smell when the temperature went above 75 degrees. The landlord sent a carpet cleaner to put chemicals on the carpet. The stench was never resolved. The apartment complex is "pet Friendly". You constantly hear dogs barking at all hours of the day and night and if the tennant above you has a large dog, expect to hear a sound like a loud base drum when the animal starts running around. Soundproofing is non existant in this apartment complex. The new individual in the management office "lena" is rude and obnoxious. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Don't stay here. They rip off. Make sure you have management do a final walk through with you. Before you leave or they will send a collect bill 4 months later.
