Legacy at Sandhill Apartments

My husband and I visited this property hoping it would be a place we could call home, but after touring with Shippy, I unfortunately changed my mind. My experience was not very positive. Shippy came across as rude, unprofessional, and displayed poor customer service. The property itself is in a nice location and appears to be well kept, but due to this experience, I will definitely be keeping my options open and considering other properties.

Me and my girlfriend have lived here a little over two years and aside from some noisy upstairs neighbors, it's been good. Recently, we've had people in our building smoking marijuana at all times, and the smell has been seeping through our bathroom fans. Me and her on multiple occasions have gone to the front desk and talked with whoever was there about it since we have a one year old that we don't want to expose to the smell, but two months later nothing has been done aside from one measly "please don't smoke indoors" e-mail sent out one month ago. It's reached the point where the smell has gone beyond our bathroom and is now persisting into the master bedroom and living room. So if you're looking for a place that actually enforces lease violations, I would not recommend here unfortunate

All three ladies in the office are the best and so easy to work with. Super nice and very understanding. Definitely gets 5 stars from my wife and I!!

I would first like to thank Tierra for being super attentive and professional. She greeted me with a smile every time I saw her. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything and was patient with me getting everything I needed. I would definitely recommend Legacy at Sandhills to anyone. Thank you one again.

I lived here for over three years. At first management was great but then when it changed over things went downhill. The apartments are nice and spacious, however management lacks communication and effort. Parking was hard to come by even though management said they would resolve the issue with people parking incorrectly. There were multiple break-ins where I was robbed at gun point. Management didn’t inform the residents of the break ins until I asked them to please alert others for safety reasons. I also asked for better lighting as there is limited lighting in the back of the complex with no cameras. It never happened. I had things break down in my apartment that were never fixed or resolved. Even though I cleaned the apartment thoroughly when I left. They charged me a painting fee. D
