The Preserve at Spears Creek

DO NOT RENT HERE. The five-star reviews are misleading. While the property may appear appealing at first and management initially seems attentive, that quickly changes once you sign a lease. I moved in September and have experienced ongoing issues since day one. Where I currently fear for me and my unborn life staying here. Upon move-in, the apartment had a roach infestation, indicating that units are not properly cleaned or treated between tenants. Maintenance has entered my apartment under the guise of inspections and gone through my personal belongings. On one occasion, my Wi-Fi was disconnected during a visit, seemingly to interfere with my security cameras, unfortunately for them, my cameras record offline and are installed in every room. Since new management took over at the Preserve at Spears Creek, the community has seen a huge improvement. The ladies in the office are amazing, they're so attentive, respectful, and genuinely caring. It's clear they go above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and heard. The apartments and the grounds are also incredibly well-maintained. The new team has clearly made a huge difference, and it's a pleasure to live in such a well-kept community. Their hard work has not gone unnoticed!

I lived here for 10 years and have absolutely nothing but great things to say, Everything I need worked on they will come fix it immediately. The ladies in the office Ashley who is the AM and Bryttanye the new leasing agent are amazing very responsive and very nice. Ms Chelsea the property manager is just as sweet as she want to be . Since she took over the property she has been more attentive than any manager on the property. And I am very grateful to be a resident in this lovely community. Keep it going ladies!

Chelsea, has assembled a wonderful staff. Bryttanye and Ashley are a very knowledgeable and helpful front office duo. The maintenance staff is top tier and handle business fast and efficient.

Preserve is definitely a wonderful place to live the staff are awesome and welcoming, Chelsea the property manager works so hard to keep this property up and running beautifully. This is not an easy job and she definitely makes it look very easy and if you looking for a clean and quiet place to call home!
