The Mill at Woodcreek Farms by Stanley Martin Homes

The property was absolutely beautiful... the home itself was very spacious and very clean the walls were gorgeous the floors were absolutely awesome. We saw it from the day they started up until the day they finished we would recommend this property to anybody that was serious about living in tranquility and peace

My wife and I spoke with Cara, from the start She was very professional and knowledgeable about the home. She also took the initiative to make sure that we didn’t have any more questions after our meeting by call me two days later. I’m a Senior Consultant that teaches customer service and professional at one of the Big communication company. Cara is by far one of the best. Great asset to Stanley Martin. Hopefully Homes come available in the community we are looking at .

Don’t buy here unless you want a fight, my parent bought in phase II at the Mill and they had to get the entire master bathroom shower rebuilt. In the process the cheap contractors they hired damaged more of their drywall requiring more repairs. I’m in one of their developments across town and they won’t even send anyone to inspect my drywall issues until it’s been a year. Crappy craftsmanship and they have no intention of honoring the warranty which is one of the perks they try to sell you on. They even claimed that staples sticking out of bathroom cabinets were occupant error. Go somewhere else

My experience with Stanley Martin Neighborhood Sales Manager Cara Roberson has been friendly and professional since meeting her. She shows great knowledge in her work. I do get update on the status of my new home construction via email or text in which I appreciate, I can also have my agent follow up as well when needed on clarifications., She does respond timely. The model home layout is beautiful! Thank God for giving me such a nice sales manager as this is my 1st home buying experience.

My husband and I where interested in building a new home at The Mill at Woodcreek . We sat down with Cara who is amazing!!! She took the time to explain everything to us and showed us around the model home. Though there were no available homes to purchase we were put on a waiting list to build. In the meantime, my husband and I found a home with Stanley Martin in the Crossbridge at Woodcreek and we couldn't be happier. Even though we did not build in Cara's community if I have a question about Stanley Martin, I reach out to Cara and she answers my questions. I cannot say enough great things about Cara. Moving to an area that I am not familiar with its nice to know that there are personable, courteous people out there to help. Cara is the BEST!!!! In my opinion she deserves more than 5
