Woodcreek Farms Apartments

Living at Woodcreek Farms Apartments was such a wonderful experience. The community felt like home from day one—clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The staff in the leasing office were always friendly and attentive, and Krystal in particular was absolutely amazing. Any time we had a concern, she made sure it was addressed quickly and kindly. Her kindness and professionalism made all the difference. She truly made a difference for me and my husband, and we are so grateful for her help throughout our time there. We only left because we bought our own home, but honestly… I really miss it. If we hadn’t moved, we would have stayed for many more years. We’ll always cherish the beautiful memories we had there — and I’m taking a few photos with me, just to hold on to those moments. 💕📸

I gave it 4 stars because staff and maintenance are awesome. The property manager is the best! But in life things happen which may cause you to be late on your payment. Not only do you have to pay a high late fee, you are automatically set up for eviction. I have been here over six years. I lost my job and still managed to pay my rent, however things got tough. I had to decide paying electricity and food and sometimes my rent was late. It has been very difficult. Also appliances are a bit old and it's like pulling teeth to get new ones, which is disappointing because the rent here is not cheap. Subject: Formal Complaint: Hostile Conduct and Verbal Threats by Sheena ​To Whom It May Concern, ​I am writing to formally report a deeply disturbing and hostile interaction I had today with the leasing manager, Sheena. ​I entered the office today to conduct standard business and seek specific information. Instead of receiving professional assistance, I was met with immediate hostility. Sheena was extremely rude, yelled at me, and spoke to me with utter disrespect. Despite my repeated attempts to keep the conversation professional, she continued to treat me as if I were "someone off the street" rather than a resident. ​Most concerningly, the situation escalated when Sheena began to verbally threaten me. Overall it was a good experience. Anything is what you make of it it's peaceful,the pool is always clean and open, the trail around the perimeter of the property is nice if you have a pet, but the water quality is not good, all of my fish were dead the next day after a tank cleaning so beware of that.

My experience at this property was extremely disappointing. The leasing agent, Sheena, was unprofessional and rude both times I visited, a month apart, so it clearly wasn’t just an off day. She barely looked at me, tossed my ID into a drawer without any care, and made the entire tour feel uncomfortable. She wasn’t personable at all and seemed irritated by basic questions. On top of that, the units do not look like the pictures online. The layouts and finishes were completely different from what was advertised, which made the whole experience feel even more misleading. Overall, the visit was trash purely because of how poorly Sheena handled everything. First impressions matter, and this definitely convinced me to look elsewhere.
