Management is great and they really take care of the property here. The place is generally quiet and very little to no drama from tenants. One of the maintenance personnel once made some decisions I didn’t agree with, but I was able to resolve the issue by speaking with management. It would be great if there was more than one outdoor seating area, though, as the one spot that does exist has become the de facto smoking pit.

I definitely do not recommend this place to applicants. I applied earlier this year with a co-applicant (so two applications), paid for them and everything. Nothing. No offer or rejection. We called multiple times, no one answered. a MONTH later someone called to let us know that they will look over our application and there was a delay due to students moving out? Never heard from them since and never received our money back. Absolute scam.

My wife and I found Wolfe Prop Mgmt by mere chance and we have been very pleased with their service. They are prompt, highly professional, keep us well-informed and well-connected with trades people who can do work quickly and at a fair price. Wish I had found them earlier.

Wolfe has been fantastic. Mitchell, has been great to work with, since we do not live in the area it has been wonderful to have such dedicated and responsive management team.
