Terrible service. I’ve inquired multiple times regarding different properties and have been left in the wind on all occasions. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

My wife and I found the perfect rental for us. Within a few days, Malinda and Joya made sure that our application was complete and arranged a meeting with our prospective landlord. The meeting went well and we are making preparations to move in. North Coast Rentals is a small business that gets the job done. We are very pleased.

This business definitely picks and chooses who they want to help out/respond to. Very unprofessional. I responded to property that my partner and I could afford easily, and did what was asked to apply for the property. A worker of their’s didn’t get back to me for a week and a half, then told me the property was already taken. She tried to reach out one more time to ask if I was interested in any area other than arcata and I said yes. It’s been about a week with no response. I’m assuming they are trustifarians who started a rental business, and decided they only want to help out those who are along the same lines. I’ll be telling all my friends to be weary of this “business”.

NCR manages a rental for us. They are always one step ahead! When there is an issue, they call with a solution to the problem already in place and we LOVE that. New tenants found quickly after a lease ends. It's been over 3 years now and we couldn't be happier. Thank you NCR!
