Had to move quickly in order to leave an abusive marriage. I cannot say enough good things about Erick and his team. Not only did he get me into an apartment fast, he has upgraded and installed various items to make this move more comfortable. Extremely grateful beyond words.

Great company and great landlords! Always willing to work with you if you communicate with them in a timely manner, and I always have quick responses for maintenance issues or any other reason I need them to come out and look at something. I typically don't have any issues either, they take great care of the landscaping and keep the sidewalks clear. I wish there were more washers and dryers and that they were larger machines, but that's my only complaint!

I gave this review a few months after I moved in, I’m moving out and my opinion hasn’t changed. Eric and his staff(which includes his Dad, who is great)are amazing, top to bottom.

Love my apartment! Any maintenance issues were handled immediately. My apartment was quiet, spacious, and updated. Erick is great to deal with.

I am very pleased with wnnco. I believe they provide excellent value for the price. Maintenance is quick to respond to any issues and they are always on top of things.
