Paris Place Apartments

I’ve had an incredible experience living at Paris Place Apartments in Saginaw! The property is always clean and well-maintained, and it truly feels like the best apartment choice in the area. The landlords are exceptionally attentive and responsive to any requests, which has made living here worry-free. The location is ideal, with easy access to local amenities and a short commute to work. I couldn’t ask for better value or service. If you’re looking for a welcoming, well-kept apartment with management that truly cares, I highly recommend Paris Place Apartments.

Amazing experience for my boyfriend and I while in college. Anthony was very quick to resolve any issues, and had very reliable communication. He was a very integral landlord to work with, I would recommend renting here!

This property is such a great value,with amazingly attentive landlords who get everything done in an exceptionally timely manner. As a nurse at a local hospital, this was a great location. I lived in these apartments for 3 years and cannot say enough about how great my experience was here! I would live in these apartments again in a heartbeat and no one should have any reservations about moving here!

These apartments are beautiful. I could not find anything like them at the price and amenities offered anywhere else in the area. Heat, water, and wifi included in rental price. Simply amazing! The management is great and the apartments are spacey with beautiful bathrooms, flooring and chef kitchens. I also love all the closet space and storage unit in the basement! The Paris Place Apartments is the place to be!

Did a 12 month lease while working on the air turbines. I am an Engineer. Beautiful apartments. Management is great. Tenant mix is very friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed my stay. I give highest recommendation.
