It took literally almost a month after emails, and calls and than having a appt calls to screen sharing to finish the loan all to be told I had to come in the building and when I got there pretty much sat there 2hrs because they couldn't verify my bank was MY bank very sketchy and when I called my bank to have them fax verification they also said it was weird. They faxed the verification that day but I had to leave to get my kids and I had a 40min drive one way. I was told by Robert everything was verified and approved and I would be able to come in Tuesday to sign the loan all to be told on Tuesday that I had to reapply. Waste of time and sent in a complaint to the business Bureau due to my credit being ran and effected. But at the end of the day it was a blessing not to go through with t

I applied for a loan the lender said I was approved, then all of a sudden my application was removed from their system. I was advised to reapply so I did and I was advised once again that I was approved. We went to this branch on Friday to sign for the loan. My husband had forgot his id so we were told that we're could provide proof online then use screen share to do the signing. I submitted the proof I needed called to let the lender know, I never received a call back. So it's now Monday I contacted them this afternoon no answer so I left a message never got a call back. After waiting 2 hours I called again, finally talked to Tracey the one that said I was approved for the loan she put me on a hold then came back on and told me that I actually wasn't approved for the loan. Makes no sense

Interest rate kept on going up as I went through the process from a 15% when I was done with the process it turned to 20%

Although the interest rate is high, this is a great place to get a quick personal loan. I’ve claimed bankruptcy in that past and I have student loan Dept and they still approved my loan. The terms and payments seem fair considering my low 598 credit score. I like that they report my on time payments to all three credit bureaus and am hoping this improves my score. Great place for people with low scores but have decent income. They are very polite and willing to answer questions. Very friendly and personable staff.

Do not go there extremely racist they don’t want to help you even if you have the funds. The branch manager is disrespectful and rude. Beware I repeat extremely racist. If you’re not white, they will not help you. You better off going to a Credit Union.
