Woodland Creek Townhomes

We stay here because it's safe and quiet, we love our neighbors, and because the service Carrie and Stu provide is stellar. They both are so personable and make the residents feel like someone here actually cares about them. Everyone in the neighborhood loves them. Areas for improvement: Rent is outrageous - our neighbors who have lived here for a long time have had their rents jacked up around 100% - yes, 100% - in the last few years. The appliances don't work great (especially the cheap stovetops and dishwashers), and the houses look dirty from the outside. Power washing a few times a year would be a nice amenity. There aren't any real 'frills', but spacious, safe, and quiet is what you're really getting!

Woodland Creek is a very nice quiet place to live. Carrie is amazing and so helpful with renewing the lease. When Stu had to come out he was very knowledgeable and friendly and fixed the issue quickly. Also enjoy watching the sunset from my front window. I would highly recommend living here.

Rebecca made our move-in very smooth and easy. We knew exactly what we needed to have ready. She answered all of our questions about the property and the area. The neighborhood seems very peaceful and is right next to a recreation trail that takes you through SVSU. Very positive experience.

I lived in the Woodlandcreek Townhomes for almost two full years, I have nothing but great things to say about the Townhome manager Carrie, and maintenance manager Stu!!! Whenever we had a problem Stu was there within 24-48 hrs depending on severity. He was polite and great conversationalist. Carrie was pleasant to talk with as well she answered all my questions when needed and went above and beyond to make us feel at home!! The community makes it feel like your own home with pleasant neighbors. Overall great experience living there!!!

We had a wonderful experience with Woodland Creek. Carrie was always so kind and answered any questions we had. Stew was very prompt and friendly if we experienced any maintenance issues. We loved talking our kids for bike rides on the trail across the street. It was also a very safe and quiet community.
