I been here almost a year and I love it! No complaints l, neighborss are nice and the staff is so helpful. It’s in a good area with good schools and fast food spots a few minutes away. It’s quiet out here and not to mention the pool and gym❤️ looking forward to renewing me lease in the upcoming months.

This is my first time moving out of my parent’s house and I absolutely love it here for it being my first place. It’s very cosy, spacious, and for the most part very quiet. Kayla was a huge help, she sat me down and called Consumers Energy with me to help me solve my issue in the beginning. She was beyond kind and very helpful as well as understanding, I’m very grateful for her! All of the staff (office and maintenance) have been very professional and helpful in many ways. There were a few things that had to be fixed or replaced but Wade and Ramiro got things fixed very fast and responded quickly which was extremely nice. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to my family and friends!

0/10 experience. Had to fix most everything myself including treating a bug infestation that started from the unit below me. First place flooded and they forced me out of my unit and had to fight them to cover my hotel expenses. After I moved out, they reached out 3 months after saying I owed them $800+. Fought it and they sent a debt collector after me. Avoid this place.

The apartment sizes are huge and probably the best around Saginaw. I lived here for over four years and at the end of my lease they wanted to renew for more than what they were offering new people. When I brought it to Kayla, the office managers attention, she then called me unprofessional and started to yell at me. 10/10 DO NOT recommend due to the office staff.

My boyfriend and I moved in at the end of August 2023. So far, this has been the nicest apartment at a reasonable price I could ask for! There is a few things that have been fixed around the apartment, which the management team has had fixed right away. They make it their mission to make you a happy resident. Robin and Dane were very helpful with the move-in paperwork. They always responded to my emails quickly with positive and kind responses. I will definitely be staying here for a while!
