Winthrop West

I’ve had an amazing experience living here! Alisha is so nice, and helpful. The community is beautiful, perfect location near all of the stores and restaurants. The apartment is spacious and well-maintained, and the amenities, like the gym and the pool, are top-notch. The staff is always friendly and responsive, and the community events are great and welcoming. Maintenance is so friendly, fast and efficient and super helpful. Highly recommend!

I call it Superb Staff Awareness Day. To be celebrated all of the time. If ever an issue should arise, the response and remedy is quick here at Winthrop West. So far I've had two minor issues (a small leak and a change of lock). Both times maintenance arrived same day within a couple of hours. They are always friendly and professional. All of the staff is awesome here just as they were when I was just a prospect. For that I am appreciative. Thank you thank you thank you.

Such a great community at Winthrop west, Alisha is an amazing community organizer and being new to the area, the events with games and parties was a great way to meet the community. Each time creating wonderful fun experiences and being well taking care of as well with drinks and snacks making it a truly great time.

The service was excellent, and on time. The dryer was fixed. We used the dryer, and haven’t found any issues.

We enjoyed the tour and the property is very nice. Ryder was an amazing tour guide that answered all of our questions! He was very personable and helpful!
